    Catch is selected at the landing point, weighed and sorted by species and size band before it leaves the beach.

    Icing & packing

    Layered with clean ice in foam boxes or packed for the frozen line, with order details attached at the box.

    Cold store

    Held at the right temperature for its form — chilled, frozen or deep-frozen — until the booking is confirmed.

    Refrigerated road leg

    Moved on refrigerated transport along the Mogadishu–Nairobi corridor with the load documented as it travels.

    Booking & export desk

    Air or sea space secured with the paperwork lodged in parallel, so nothing queues behind a missing certificate.

    Destination handover
